SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 3–10 business days for order processing.
As a small team, we truly appreciate your patience and support. Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST will start the processing timeframe on the next business day. Kindly note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays (Canadian or U.S.).
Shipping within Canada
Canadian orders will be shipped via UPS even if Canada Post is selected. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipping within United States
American orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS. USPS’ delivery standard is 1-5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Need Express Shipping?
If you require express or rush shipping, please email us at sostyleca@gmail.com or DM us on instagram (@sostyleca) BEFORE placing your order to confirm whether we can accommodate your request. We do our best to fulfill time-sensitive orders, but availability may vary depending on order volume, product availability, and shipping carrier cut-off times. Reaching out beforehand ensures we can coordinate the fastest possible delivery for you.
International Orders
We now offer international shipping to certain countries. Please note that all international orders may or may not be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing. We recommend checking with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs might be prior to placing your order.
EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Unfortunately we do not currently accept refunds or exchanges. All items are FINAL SALE.
In the event that you receive an incorrect or damaged item(s), please contact us within 2 days of receiving your item(s). In your email please include your name, order number as well as an image of the incorrect or damaged item(s) and we will gladly rectify the situation.
DAMAGES & LOST ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We are not liable for packages lost in transit. For packages lost in transit, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier using the tracking number provided. We will do our best to assist in resolving any shipping issues.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Unfortunately once an order has been placed, we do not accept cancellations. Please ensure that all your details are correct prior to placing your order.
